- Complete Profile: Fill in all your business information
- Mark Complete: Check "Profile Completed" when ready
- Go Live: Your listing appears in the public directory
- Get Found: Customers discover and contact you
For Customers (Public Users)
Customers can browse the directory and:
- Search by business name or category
- Filter by county or region
- View business profiles with full details
- See location on Google Maps (if you've added it)
- Contact businesses directly via phone, email, or website
Directory Search & Filtering
The directory includes powerful search features:
- Text Search: Search by business name or description keywords
- Category Filter: Filter by Pub, Bar, Restaurant, etc.
- County Filter: Find businesses in specific counties
- View Options: Switch between grid and list view
- Pagination: Choose to show 20, 40, 60, 80, or 100 businesses per page
Your Directory Listing
Your public listing shows:
- Business name and logo
- Business category
- Full address and location
- Business description
- Contact information (phone, email, website)
- Google Maps location (if added)

Onboarded vs Not Onboarded Badge
Directory listings show one of two statuses:
- Onboarded (Green Badge): Business has completed profile and is actively using Bottoms Up
- Not Yet Onboarded (Gray Badge): Business is listed but hasn't completed registration
Pro Tip: Complete your profile fully to get the "Onboarded" badge. This increases trust and makes customers more likely to contact you.

- Click "View Directory Listing" in Quick Actions
- Or visit the public directory and search for your business
Updating Your Listing
Changes to your business profile automatically update your directory listing. Simply:
- Go to your Business Profile page
- Make your changes
- Save
- Changes appear instantly in the directory
