Reset Your Password

🔒 Forgot Your Password?

Don't worry - it happens to everyone. Resetting your password is simple and secure.

1 Request a Password Reset

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click "Forgot Password" link below the login form
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Click "Send Password Reset Link"

2 Check Your Email

We'll send you an email with a password reset link within a few minutes. The link is valid for 60 minutes.

Email not arriving? Check your spam folder. Add [email protected] to your contacts to prevent future emails from being filtered.

3 Click the Reset Link

Open the email and click the "Reset Password" button. You'll be taken to a secure page where you can set a new password.

4 Set Your New Password

Choose a strong, unique password. Your password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Contain a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Include at least one number
  • Include at least one special character (!, @, #, $, etc.)

5 Confirm and Login

After setting your new password, you'll be automatically logged in to your dashboard.

Security Best Practices: Never share your password with anyone. bottoms up staff will never ask for your password via email or phone.

Troubleshooting

Link Expired

If you see "This password reset link has expired":

  • Password reset links are only valid for 60 minutes
  • Request a new reset link from the login page

Email Not Received

If you haven't received the email after 10 minutes:

  • Check your spam/junk folder
  • Verify you entered the correct email address
  • Try requesting the reset again
  • Contact support if the issue persists

Password Requirements Not Met

If your new password is rejected:

  • Ensure it meets all the requirements listed above
  • Avoid common passwords like "password123"
  • Don't reuse old passwords
