Your dashboard is your command center on bottoms up. Here's everything you need to know about managing your account and business profile.
Dashboard Overview
When you first log in, you'll see several key sections:
1 Account Status
At the top of your dashboard, you'll see your current:
- Subscription Plan: Free, Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum
- Account Status: Active, trial, or expired
- Profile Completion: Percentage of your business profile that's complete
Pro Tip: Complete your profile to 100% to appear in the public Business Directory and get more exposure for your business!
2 Quick Actions
Easy access buttons to common tasks:
- Edit Profile: Update your business information
- Manage Subscription: Upgrade or change your plan
- View Directory Listing: See how your business appears publicly
- Contact Support: Get help when you need it
3 Recent Activity
See a history of recent changes to your account:
- Profile updates
- Password changes
- Subscription changes
- Support ticket submissions
4 Business Statistics (Paid Plans)
If you're on a paid plan, you'll see additional metrics:
- Profile Views: How many people have viewed your business listing
- Contact Clicks: How many times people clicked to contact you
- Directory Position: Where you rank in search results
Managing Your Subscription
From your dashboard, you can:
- View Current Plan: See what features you have access to
- Upgrade/Downgrade: Change plans at any time
- Billing Information: Update payment methods
- Invoice History: Download past invoices
Profile Completion Checklist
The dashboard shows your profile completion status. To reach 100%, you need to:
- Add your business name
- Complete your business address
- Add a business description
- Select your business category
- Upload a business logo (recommended)
- Add contact information (phone, email, website)
- Check "Profile Completed" when you're ready to go live
Important: Your business won't appear in the public directory until you check "Profile Completed" and your profile is 100% complete.
Navigation Menu
Use the top navigation to access other areas:
- Dashboard: Return to the main overview (you are here)
- Business Profile: Edit your business information
- Account Settings: Update email, password, and preferences
- Support: Submit tickets and track issues
- Logout: Securely end your session
Mobile Dashboard
The dashboard is fully responsive and works great on mobile devices. On smaller screens:
- Menu collapses to a hamburger icon
- Statistics cards stack vertically
- Quick actions remain easily accessible
